STATEMENT OF OUR BUSINESS ETHICS
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan, any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party(ies). We may use and share aggregated information when it enables us to improve and enrich our services. Any information you give us is held with utmost care and security, and it will not be used in ways you have not consented.
OUR SERVICE POLICY
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garments. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tear or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. During laundry and dry cleaning processes, we cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding and shrinkages or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
OUR DELIVERY POLICY
We strive to make our delivery service timely and convenient, the following outlines key elements of our delivery policy to help you understand our business practices.
Delivery hours:
The opening hours for our services are displayed at our laundries. You may come and collect your laundries during our opening hours taking into cognizance the schedule of deliveries for each service. The laundry shall be opened for services daily, except on selected Public Holidays, or any day(s), in which we shall announce in advance by way of notice or word of mouth.
Acceptance:
We would advise customers to promptly check your laundries upon delivery.
Late Delivery:
If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your order during scheduled day, it shall be delivered immediately the next business day or any day we think fit.
Right to refuse:
In a specific circumstance, we may reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.
Special Request for Stain Removing:
Any special request to any stain removal shall be at the sole risk of customers.
Loss Policy:
We exercise utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplace or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Our liability with respect to any loss item shall not exceed ten times our charges for cleaning that garment regardless of brand, age or conditions, EXCLUDING leather, buttons, accessories, contents of pockets or attachments, suede and household items which are at customers’ own risk at all times.
Uncollected Laundries:
We shall hold any laundries for 30 days from the date of receiving, after which we shall dispose them, in a manner we think fit, and we shall not entertain any further claims whatsoever.
